- New Students wanting to enroll in one of Northshore Learning Options' programs for the first time for the 2025-2026 school year.
- Current NLO families with new students (i.e. siblings/Kindergartners) joining us for the 2025-2026 school year (continuing students will be automatically rolled over into 2025-26)
PLEASE NOTE: Filling out this form does not guarantee enrollment. There may be additional information and/or forms required which will be reviewed before your enrollment will be complete.
