Who should fill out this form:
- New Students wanting to enroll in one of Northshore Learning Options' programs for the first time for the 2026-2027 school year.
- Current NLO families with new students (i.e. siblings/Kindergartners) joining us for the 2026-2027 school year (continuing students will be automatically rolled over into 2026-27)
PLEASE NOTE: Filling out this form does not guarantee enrollment. There will be additional forms and steps to complete enrollment once your application is approved.
