• Middle School Advisory Committee - Interest Form 2026-27

  • The Northshore School District is committed to creating a learning environment that is safe, inclusive, and conducive to high achievement for all students. To fulfill this commitment, the district is creating a Middle School Advisory to provide a voice in district planning and decision-making, informing how we address challenges and to monitor how district systems and schools work collaboratively to increase the effectiveness of a middle school program that meets the needs of each middle school student.

    Objectives of the Advisory Committee

    • By June 2027, monitor progress and provide input made on key priorities selected by the Superintendent and Cabinet based on the prioritized recommendations of the Middle School Taskforce.
    • By June 2027, create (support) accountability systems to the community by supporting district and school personnel to do the work necessary to enhance students’ experiences in middle school based on the characteristics of successful middle schools.
